All our developments have in-depth assessments to ascertain any energy management issues in relation to the design and layout of proposed schemes. We regularly commission reports by our engineers and work closely with local planning advisors. Where required, we also seek consultative input by outside advisors such as NAREC (National Renewable Energy Centre).
As an organisation we are committed to understanding and utilising where appropriate the latest technologies to increase our green efficiencies.
Our approach to minimising our carbon footprint is embedded in all stages of our work, ensuring that not only are we environmentally friendly during the construction period of our work, we are creating something that endures once a development has been completed.
All our developments meet high standards of sustainability and comply with building control standards at the point of delivery. PRS Capital are committed to continually improving our sustainability methods and are constantly evaluating new innovations.
Sustainability is addressed on a number of levels ranging from broad environmental concerns with regard to climate change, pollution, impact of the design on residents and the wider community.
PRS Capital strive to create sustainable developments where the needs of the present are met without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
With the UN sustainable development goals replacing millennium development goals (MDGs), which reached their deadline at the end of 2014, PRS Capital welcome the new more holistic approach to development.
