Our Success

Wynard Park, Tees Valley, UK

PRS Capital are a founding partner in Wynyard Park which is a seven hundred acre site in the Tees Valley. With around one million square feet of residential and commercial space, the development has created over 2000 jobs.

PRS Capital worked considerately with the local community to develop the site with multiple public consultations held in order to create a vibrant and sustained community:

“Wynard Park is developing a sustainable community where people can live, work, rest and play within a woodland setting. With over 130 acres of woodland, residents can benefit from nature trails and tranquillity”.

The site was developed to be sympathetic to its historic routes and natural setting whilst also maximising on its close proximity to main arterial transport routes. The business park development attracts an increasing spectrum of businesses, creating employment opportunities. The site is located close to good schools and educational facilities and committed to aiding infrastructural investment for facilities such as hospitals, retail and community facilities.

The strategic plan for Wynard Park is to continue to grow it as a leading business location in the North with a community surrounding and servicing it.

Discovery Park, Sandwich, UK

Discovery Park near Sandwich in Kent was developed by executives at PRS Capital following the departure of Pfizer (an international pharmaceutical company). A major regional employer, the reduced presence of Pfizer from the area led to feared wide-spread local redundancy.

A recognised government enterprise zone, the 220 acre Discovery Park has resolved to deliver circa 3,000 new local jobs by 2017 following its regeneration of the old Pfizer site into a major international and technically progressive centre of excellence. Juxtaposed by its neighbour the medieval town of Sandwich, Discovery Park is seen as an asset to the local area and the strategy of the site is carefully balanced to ensure that both the new and the medieval areas of the Sandwich locality can thrive.

The next stage in the development of the site is create a range of services to support the local businesses looking to attract the best employees. This includes the introduction of housing, community areas and leisure facilities whilst retaining and enhancing the area’s natural habitat.
