- Apartment led schemes – 75 units + (ideally between 100 – 200 units)
- Housing schemes – 50 units +

Regional target areas:
- Manchester
- Leeds
- Newcastle
- Birmingham
- Liverpool
- Sheffield
- Derby
- Nottingham
- Leicester
- Coventry
- Northampton
Secondary Location:
- Smaller towns with good transport links
- Central location (i.e. town centres)
- Strong local economy
Existing developments:
- Completed or modern apartment developments - 30 units +
- Housing developments – 25 units +
- Vacant or tenanted
- Developments with warranties still in place preferred
Initial information required:
