Private Rented Sector set to experience strong growth in 2015

Research conducted by online letting agent PropertyLetByUs, suggests that rising rent prices and a reduction in rental arrears has led to over half of landlords in the UK looking to expand their portfolios in 2015.

With the survey suggesting that landlords have enjoyed substantial equity increases in their property portfolios, the survey estimates that the private rented sector is buoyant with impressive loan to value ratios of between 30% and 40%.
